Interesting Day

Well, yesterday was definately interesting. I was taking Austin and Josh to preschool for 1pm, and was waiting to turn onto the street where they go to school. All of a sudden, I was hit from behind and jolted forward! My heart was in my throat and I quickly turned around to see if the kids were ok. They said they were fine, so I drove the car to the side of the road and jumped out to see how badly my car was damaged. The lady who hit me had pulled up behind me, and got out, apologizing over and over and asking if we were ok. I said that we were fine, and then we exchanged information. I took the boys to school and then went home. I was still shaking that evening, and it wasn't til around supper that my back and neck started to hurt. Ty thinks that I have a little bit of whiplash. We filed an online claim, but the only problem is that we have to pay our $300 deductable to get it fixed and then ICBC will reimburse us once the claim goes through....we don't have an extra $300 as Ty just started a new job! So I'm not sure exactly what we're going to do. Ty wishes that I had gotten the girl's phone number, cause he'd rather do a cash settlement so that her insurance doesn't go up......I was in so much shock that I didn't think to get her number. Oh well....guess it'll all work out in the end.
