New bed

This morning Ty's dad came by really early....well I guess 7:30's not that early, but he had to come over from Gabriola Island, so he was up around 5am! So anyway, he and Ty left by quarter to 8 for Victoria....they were going to Tana's (Ty's mom) to pick up a King size mattress, boxspring and frame that she is giving us. I am so excited about having a bigger bed, and it also means that the futon mattress we've been sleeping on can be a couch in the living room now...we just have to buy a frame this week. When the GST cheque comes on Wednesday, we're getting that frame as well as bunk beds for the boys room finally. Starting this week I've changed the way I budget money, cause we're hoping to save up and go to my brother's wedding in Australia next February. I'm hoping everything works out, cause I really want to see my little bro get married! Plus he wants Kiki and Austin to be in the wedding....so cute! I had a thought last night that perhaps we could alter one of the dresses that I wore as a flowergirl so that it would fit Kiki! I was between three and four, and she won't quite be three, so hopefully that will work. Anyway, I should go get my room ready for the bed, since it'll be here in a bit. More another day!
